Vice President for Student Affairs

The vice president for student affairs oversees all activities, personnel, and budgets of offices that work in support of enrollment management operations, student services, and student engagement and success. The position works closely with the college president and the executive leadership team to set enrollment/retention goals, to determine the support needs of the college and to provide oversight for the execution of these plans. This position will be at the forefront of improving TSC retention, graduation, and equity success metrics. This position identifies opportunities to collaborate with other college divisions, departments, faculty, committees, community organizations and schools/colleges/universities to support student achievement, learning, and success.

SUPERVISES:
Admissions, Advising, Financial Aid, Recruitment, Residence Life, Student Conduct, Student Life,
Testing, Title V, and TRIO grant personnel.
